A FREE five week program of Vocal Development and Songwriting with the final production recorded and produced on a CD.

“Do you have a poem, a song lyric, a Rap, that you’d like to put to music? Johmard Lyme, in collaboration with the Tooting Methodist Church Youth Band, offers you the opportunity to create your own material, record it, and perform it.

- Vocal Training
How to get the best out of your voice. For personal development and expression. Learn techniques to improve your singing voice and self confidence.
- Composition
Poetry, Rap, Storytelling, Song lyrics. Learn techniques for developing your word skills. Learn about Song structures and how best to arrange your material.
- Music Technology
How to Program Beats, sequence basslines, record vocals.


The Johmard Lyme Music Workshop Program is for 5 weeks. Four weeks of tuition and practice and one recording session.

Classes are 1.5 hours duration @ Tooting Methodist Church & Johmard Community Centre, Colliers Wood.
