We're shining a spotlight on Harry Basra, a Cluster Manager who supports a network of 9 branches. He’s been a critical part of the UOE family for almost 1 year.

Harry's role keeps him constantly on the move, working across multiple locations and supporting teams to overcome day-to-day challenges. No 2 days are the same, and that's exactly how he likes it.

When it comes to customer enquiries, Harry has seen just about every type of Post Office and retail transaction imaginable. 1 question he hears time and time again is:

"Is this still the Post Office, and are you still providing all the services?"

Harry takes pride in creating positive experiences, not only for customers but for the teams he works alongside every day. His most memorable moments come from receiving praise from customers who thank him for his positive attitude and excellent service.
