LPRG - Listen, Participate, Reflect and Grow Ltd. Mirela continues to be active practitioner currently working with a local authority in children services.

LPRG aims to offer a space for social work professionals to participate in discussions on various topics with a view to reflect on each other's experiences allowing exchange of perspectives which may support professional growth. LPRG Ltd., has been incorporated with an aim to give back to the community of social workers the experience and knowledge gained by Mirela – the owner of LPRG, over a com

bined period of practice of nearly 25 years in social work in UK and abroad. Mirela is a registered social worker with Social Work England having worked within Statutory Services (Children Services) with the various Local Authorities in and outside London in roles such as Social Worker, Senior Practitioner/ Senior Social Worker, Advanced Practitioner and Assistant Team Manager.
