The UAE Ministry of Finance hosted an informative session at the Embassy in London for Emirati students studying in the UK. The event featured engaging discussions on international financial institutions, with representatives from the EBRD, World Bank, International Finance Corporation, and the UAE’s Ministry of Finance 🇦🇪🇬🇧

Thuraiya Hamid Alhashmi, Director of International Financial Relations and Organisations Department at the UAE Ministry of Finance; Khalid Al Qasimi, Deputy Head of Mission; and speakers from internationally recognised financial organisations attended the event.

The enduring spirit and guidance of HH Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan is remembered today on the anniversary of his death. His legacy of wisdom and leadership shaped the foundations of the UAE and to this day inspires a vision which continues under HH .

From the UAE's formation in 1971, HH Sheikh Zayed nurtured a deep relationship with the United Kingdom through frequent visits and meaningful engagements with Royals, the nation’s leadership and its people.

Sheikh Zayed's legacy resonates among every Emirati and across the world, including in the UK at the pioneering Zayed Centre for Research into Rare Disease in Children at hospital.
