✂️Form and Fade already employ two apprentices. Rowenna wants to support more businesses to offer apprenticeships.

⭐So young people feel that they can make it here and not have to move some where else.

See this empty property? It's been left to rot.

There are 1,000+ like it across Croydon. Boarded-up windows. Overgrown gardens. Abandoned homes. They drag down entire streets.

For years, nothing changed because the Council's Empty Homes team wasn't resourced properly.

*Rowenna's plan is different.* 🔧

✅ Expand the Empty Homes team to actually tackle the problem
✅ Support owners through existing loan schemes to renovate
✅ Get properties back into use — homes, businesses, community spaces

This is about rebuilding pride in our neighbourhoods. It's about telling residents: "Your street matters. Your community matters."

🗑️One bin isn’t enough for Station Parade, every shopfront deserves a clean street.

🚮Best practice for a row of shops this length would be at least two.

📪Shop owners consistently tell me, they have rubbish put in their letter boxes and dropped outside their shops and have been asking for another bin.

❤️Labour has a big plan for Croydon and local councillors across Croydon South will be focused on getting the basics right.

Vote Labour on 7 May to get things done.
