The foundations of MNM were built on the backs of two men, Nick Panteli and Michael O’Sullivan, who started their working lives in the domestic maintenance field. Working on day to day repairs and 24hr emergency call out gave them the insight to the needs of both the tenants and the landlords. Their strong compassion to offer a reliable service with honest values led MNM Property Services into a diverse company carrying out a variety of services. We are a small to medium enterprise (SME), focusing on providing a bespoke resource to all of our customers and continually striving to maintain a consistently high level of service achieved through stringent monitoring procedures and close communication with our clients. We offer a totally flexible approach in the execution of our services to ensure that at all times we fully meet with our customers’ exact requirements in every aspect of the works being undertaken.

We’re proud to share the results of our customer satisfaction survey for Karibu Community Homes for August 2026!

We received 117 responses, with 100% overall customer satisfaction and 98.63% satisfaction across our service areas. Customers gave 100% positive feedback for our professional standards, worksite cleanliness, courtesy and respect, and repair quality.

A fantastic day supporting the Newlon community! ⚽☀️

MNM Property Services was delighted to join Newlon Housing Trust at their Barnsbury Fun Day at Barnard Park on Friday 28 August.

It was great to see residents, families, contractors and the Newlon's team come together for a day filled with activities, community spirit and plenty of friendly competition.

Our team were especially pleased to get involved in the football activities alongside Newlon residents and fellow contractors! ⚽

We were proud to support the event and contribute towards making the day enjoyable for local residents. Events like this are a great reminder that the work we do is about much more than maintaining homes – it's also about supporting the communities and residents we serve.

A big thank you to the Newlon team for organising the event and inviting us to take part, and to everyone who helped make the day such a success.

We look forward to supporting many more community events in the future.
