Under the guidance of the Holy Spirit, the church has been established in many parts of England, Europe and around the world. Having started thirteen years ago with a handful of people, today by the sheer grace of God, under the able and dedicated leadership of Senior Pastor, Dr G AAntony, the church today has grown to over 2000 members in the South East England alone. The enthusiasm and visionary
leadership of the Senior Pastor, support of the fellow team of leaders and the sacrificial service of every member of FCG have contributed to the achievements and continuous growth of the church.Looking back over the years, the Lord who said "...I have made and I will bear, even I will carry you and deliver you" (Isa 46:4) has remained true to His word and has carried and upheld this church even through times of hardship. The Lord has been good to the members of this church in giving them a leader after His own heart. Pastor Antony is a man of vision with unquenchable zeal and heart full of love for Jesus and the ministry he received from his Master. Having started the church in 1994, Pastor Antony, with his wife Sis. Mala and children Deluxan artd Devany have continued to dedicate themselves to the Lord's service. God has rewarded their labour of love and given them a team of leaders who truly love the Lord and are faithful to the Pastor's vision. In 2003, the building that FCG purchased in 1999 on Cranmer Road, Croydon was burnt down by unknown arsonists. Although this loss was too great to be replaced by the church, the Lord put in Pastor Antony's heart to purchase a building on Martin Way, Morden. In addition to its previously owned site on Cranmer Road, the Lord miraculously provided for the purchase and renovation of this building in Morden. The unreserved sacrificial and cheerful giving of FCG's members enabled the purchase and renovation of their second new building which was dedicated on 22 July 2007.Not only has God blessed FCG immeasurably, He has enabled it to be a blessing to many others around the world. For example, over the past few years FCG has financially supported the building of ten new churches in Sri Lanka and continues to support orphans and widows. As a temporary measure, due to unavoidable reasons Tamil churches in France and Italy have been organised and led by the efforts of FCG and have been registered under the NTC head-office in the respective countries. By the grace of God, under the leadership of Pastor Antony with support from his team of 7 assistant pastors, 10 elders, and 23 co-workers FCG currently conducts 4 Sunday services, 8 branches, over 30 prayer cells, regular fasting prayer meetings, youth meetings, ladies meetings and Sunday school ministries in England alone. God has been continually faithful in performing signs and wonders in confirmation to His word. Because of this many people are continuing to be saved and added to the church. Over 125 people received water baptism during the last three baptism services. God has proven that Jesus is alive though many great and wondrous signs though this Church: tumours have disappeared; cancers have been healed, incurable diseases have been cured, the impossible has become possible, many have experienced deliverance from depression, sorcery, witchcraft, sorrows tears and debt. In these ways God has continued to manifest himself in FCG's services and also through Pastor Antony's television and internet broadcasts. The church in recent months has trained over 30 prayer cell leaders to take forward the Church's prayer cell network though renewed emphasis on personal evangelism. God is raising a generation of champions within this church to proclaim His coming in these last days. The move of God is evident in this church. Praise God for the people of this church who love the Lord with passion and are united with the purpose to build the Kingdom of God. The Lord said it is "not by might nor by power but by My Spirit." Truly the move of the Spirit is evident in this Church. Praise God, for the Lord who said "I will build my church and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it" (Matt 16:18), continues to build FCG. Many have laboured for this church. It is a church that is built on continuous prayer, supplication and tears. God has continued to be faithful time and time again and we praise him for all he is doing though this church.
