Managing expectations may make it easier for you to feel fulfilled in a partnership.
And no, we’re not talking about lowering standards!
Many people might be searching for partners with a list of expectations that must be met, and then either cut them off or convince them to adapt.
It may be more beneficial to begin a journey with yourself, instead of seeking a particular list of qualities. Try checking in with yourself to figure out what your true needs are! Whatever shape that may be. Once you become in touch with yourself, you may find it easier to seek partners who not only willingly meet your needs, but who truly add value to your life.
