The Town Mayor was very proud to award funding to the Slide Away Charity Slide Away: Supporting bereaved children in Kent.

Our donation goes to helping pay for an attendance for two children at Slide Away monthly sessions. Each child bereaved of a parent or sibling that are supported may join for several monthly sessions, our donation will ensure two children are secure for part of their journey with them (or it will secure the clinical costs for the whole journey for one child).
