🎵 “If It Don’t Feel Right – Don’t Do It!” 🎵
One simple message can help children build confidence, trust their feelings, and speak up when something feels wrong.
Our MBIMB rap song, *“If It Don’t Feel Right – Don’t Do It!”*, was created to help children:
💙 Listen to their own feelings
💙 Understand body empowerment
💙 Recognise uncomfortable situations
💙 Stand strong against peer pressure
💙 Build confidence to say “No”
💙 Understand that their body belongs to them
Children often know when something doesn’t feel right — but they need the language, confidence, and support to trust those feelings.
Through music, rhythm, discussion, and fun activities, this lesson opens important conversations about:
• Peer pressure from friends
• Bullying and being pressured into unsafe behaviour
• Unwanted touching, hugs, or kisses
• Recognising emotions like happy, sad, scared, angry, or confused
• Knowing they are never alone in their feelings
The power of music helps children remember important safety messages in a positive and age-appropriate way.
Because prevention starts with communication.
And confident children are safer children.
