We're excited for the The Wildlife Trusts' 30 Days Wild, so we decided to get you started a little early with today's Family Craft and Lego Club. Come along this morning from 9.30am-12.30pm to make a 'Nature Journal' to record some of your wild adventures. If getting creative with blocks is more your thing, have a go at inventing a machine that takes inspiration from nature - a helicopter that flies like a dragonfly, a submarine that sinks and floats like a whale, a vehicle that slides like a snake!
The library is open every Saturday from 9am-1pm with free family activities running from 9.30am-12.30pm.
And if you're inspired to take part in 30 Days Wild, we'd love to encourage you! The challenge invites you to do something 'wild' every day or a few days a week during the month of June and starts on Monday 1 June. It is free to take part. You can download a free pack or have one sent in the post by visiting the Wildlife Trusts' website: www.wildlifetrusts.org/30dayswild
