🏳️‍🌈 Manchester Village Pride 2026 🏳️‍🌈

Last weekend, we had the absolute pleasure of providing medical cover for 30,000 people at Manchester Village Pride, and what a weekend it was!

We deployed a huge, highly skilled team made up of Doctors, Nurses, Paramedics, Technicians, Emergency Care Assistants, Responders and Controllers, all working together to keep the event safe and running smoothly.

Behind the scenes, we had a strong command structure led by our Silver Commander, supported by multiple Bronze Commanders, ensuring our teams were coordinated, supported and ready to respond throughout the weekend.

From the incredible atmosphere and amazing crowds to battling the unpredictable Manchester weather, our team took everything in their stride - professional, calm, compassionate and always with a smile on their faces.

We couldn't be prouder of every single member of the team who represented Hardcore Medical & Ambulance Services so brilliantly.

A massive thank you to everyone involved in making the event such a success, and to the organisers for trusting us to provide the medical response.

We've got some exciting news! Following the award of a new contract, we're expanding our frontline team and are looking for Full Time Paramedics and Technicians to join us at our Sandbach station.

What better time to announce that HMAS will be supporting the local communities surrounding our stations at Pride events this summer.

This year, our teams will be providing professional, non-judgemental and LGBTQIA+ inclusive medical cover at both Loughborough Pride and Manchester Village Pride, helping to ensure attendees can celebrate safely and confidently.

Pride Month is celebrated every June to recognise the LGBTQIA+ community, commemorate the progress made towards equality, and acknowledge the ongoing work still needed to create a world where everyone can live authentically and without fear of discrimination.
