We are excited to bring to Northern Ireland this 4-day Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) course for couples who are experiencing distress in their relationship.

EFT is the life long work of Dr Susan Johnston, a renowned and respected Couples therapist and best selling author of ‘Hold Me Tight.’

Using the EFT model, our team of certified and experienced couples counsellors, will walk alongside couples, giving them the tools and resources to experience better communication, overcome conflict and rebuild trust.
