On Wednesday evening White Watch along with colleagues at Luton Community Fire Station & Dunstable Community Fire Station took part in a training exercise at Shell’s Fuel Farm. This was to simulate a fire inside a vehicle workshop with added complications of a working at height rescue from inside the facilities lagoon.
Training like this ensures all colleagues from various stations have the opportunity to work together outside of operational incidents and provides a prime opportunity for stations to demonstrate their specialist capabilities.
Thanks to Shell for hosting us for this safety critical training in our local area.
