Home Safety Advisor 🏘️

Are you passionate about keeping people safe in their homes? Do you want to make a real difference in your community?

We are looking for a proactive, compassionate, and organised individual to join our Prevention Team!

📍 Location: Luton (with travel across the county)
💼 Salary: £16,616 per annum rising to £17,724 per annum
⏰ Hours: part-time, 22.2 hours per week
🗓️ Application Deadline: 2 February 2026

Come down to Luton Fire Station between 1pm – 4pm for a charity car wash – all in support of two amazing causes:

🏥 Children’s Ward at Luton & Dunstable Hospital

Your local firefighters and Luton Cadets will be rolling up their sleeves and getting your vehicles sparkling clean – all for donations!

🚒🔥 Open Day & Car Wash 💧 🚒

This weekend we've got two days of fun for the whole family!

The station opens its doors this Saturday for an Open Day! So come along, take a look around and see the hazard kitchen will be making be making it debut 🍳

Just in time for the good weather to return, Sunday sees the crews bringing out the hoses for a car wash to raise money for Fire Fighters Charity and the Luton and Dunstable Hospital ♥️ ☀️

There will be lots to see and do, so be sure to spread the word among your friends and family.
