Thank you for your recent comments on the draft Neighbourhood Plan. The Working Group has met with Angela King (the EDDC Neighbourhood Planning Officer) and Claire Rodway (who was involved in the First Lympstone Neighbourhood Plan) to discuss how we go forward. They offered some very useful insights. Also, the results from the independent Consultation Survey will be concluded and presented by DCT (Devon Communities Together) by the end of this week. The Working Group will then spend the next few weeks reviewing and amending the Plan which will then go to the Parish Council. Once they have reviewed it and made any comments, the Plan will be available for another public Consultation. We will keep the Community updated on the Village website.

1. Only notices specifically for the Parish (not business adverts)
2. No bigger than A4
3. Post up to 4 weeks before event
4. Please remove 1 week after the event

Our updated Neighbourhood Plan will help us influence the new developments coming our way. PLEASE come along on May 9th to review the work so far. The draft is available on lympstone.org from May 6th.

After so many years of dedicated service to coordinate the distribution of the Herald, the Telfers are taking well-deserved retirement. We understand how frustrating and difficult car parking can be in our village but please try to be considerate and not leave a vehicle for long periods in spaces needed and designated for the use of others.
