💛 IMPORTANT UPDATE FROM HARRY’S 💛

We have an important update regarding our temporary closure.

Unfortunately, due to the ongoing building works taking place below Harry’s, we have now been advised that the work will take a further week 😔

We are therefore now having to close from Monday 26th October ( not the 19th ) and reopen on Monday 16th November 3 weeks in total.

We are so sorry that the closure has had to be extended. We completely understand how disappointing this is for our lovely customers, especially those who visit us regularly. 🛝🥰

🎃 BUT… WE HAVE SOME GOOD NEWS!

As it’s half term next week, Harry’s WILL remain open for an extra week/ 7 days .. so you can still come and enjoy some half-term fun with us! 🎃👻

Unfortunately, our Halloween party has now been cancelled and everyone will receive a full refund 😪

We have also been working incredibly hard behind the scenes AGAIN to contact every customer with a party booked during the closure period, and we are pleased to say that everyone has now been informed and we have been working with families to rearrange parties wherever possible. ❤️

We genuinely cannot thank you enough for your patience, understanding and support while we work through something that is completely outside of our control.

We know three weeks feels like a long time, but we promise we’ll be using the time wisely and will be back ready to welcome you all with a fresh start! 🥰

So come and see us next week for half term before our temporary closure! 🎃🧡

Thank you, as always, for supporting Harry’s Soft Play Centre.
We really do appreciate every single one of you. ❤️

⚠️An important update from Harry’s Play Centre ⚠️

As some of you may already know, Harry’s will unfortunately need to temporarily close for around 2 /3 weeks while essential structural work takes place on a load-bearing wall in the gym area directly below us.

This was unexpected and is something that is completely outside of our control, and although it’s incredibly disappointing to have to close our doors, the safety of our children, families and staff must always come first. ❤️

We had over 20 children’s parties booked during this period, and we know how important these celebrations are to families. We have been working extremely hard behind the scenes and have spoken to the majority of families affected, doing everything we possibly can to rearrange parties and find alternative dates, rather than let children and parents down.

We are also working closely with Davey Dee to make sure that, wherever possible, children still get to enjoy the parties they have been looking forward to. 🎉

We understand that this is an inconvenience for our customers, and we are incredibly grateful for everyone’s patience, understanding and kindness while we work through it.

If you have a booking affected by the closure we will have spoken with you directly already .

Thank you to every single family who continues to support Harry’s. It means more than you know. 🥰

We can’t wait to get through this period, get the doors back open and hear those little feet running through Harry’s again! 💛

A huge thank you to Kev and his team at the YMCA for working closely with us, supporting us and helping us wherever they can. We really do appreciate it. ❤️

Thank you for your continued support and understanding.
