⭐️🏆 Another Gold for the Garden Hub 🏆⭐️

Following on from Greg and Matt’s Chelsea win, the team has been out and about again, this time at the Gardeners' World Live show at the NEC. Together with their sponsor Golden Valley Plants they have won another gold medal!

Their winning display featured a lot of delphiniums and foxgloves, two of Greg’s favourite cottage garden flowers. Delphiniums are just ideal for raised beds in a sunny spot, benefiting from a free root run. Foxgloves are an ideal plant for shade and provide spires of colour during summertime ❤️

All the plants on their stand are available in the Garden Hub, which is open seven days a week, 10:30am to 4:30pm.

The Gardeners' World Live show at the NEC is open until Sunday.

Next Saturday, 27th June, the annual Lytham Club Day Parade will start in town and then end here at Lytham Hall for the crowning of the Rose Queen.

All day long there will be a packed line-up of fun activities for the whole family to enjoy, including live music, a funfair, and much more 🎡🎸

Well done to the Club Day Committee who work so hard to ensure this great Lytham traditional is celebrated each year 👏👏👏

🐝 The Bees Are Hard at Work in the Catmint 🐝

Every spring, the bees take great interest in the catmint that lines the main path through the parterre and rose garden. If you walk that way beneath the wisteria arches, you'll see dozens and dozens of them hard at work.

Our 78-acre parkland is full of wonderful wildlife. Come down and see how many different species you can spot for yourself!

Step straight into Shakespeare this week as our special production of A Midsummer Night's Dream takes you from scene to scene around our historic parkland. There'll be six performances throughout the week, so don't miss your chance to be a part of this magical experience.

Produced by the leading lights of local theatre societies, alongside Lytham Hall's in-house costume designers, creative teams, and volunteer groups, this immersive production is going to be truly unforgettable!

🚗 Jaguar Mark V Restoration Project - Update 3 with Peter Anthony 🚗

Peter has been over to Rossendale to check up on our Jaguar Mark V, which is undergoing bodywork refurbishment (and eventually a full respray) courtesy of Billy Butler. We cannot thank Billy and his team enough for all the time and hard work they're putting into this project for us. Before too long, we hope for this beautiful piece of motoring history to be on public display in our own garages here at Lytham Hall as an interpretation of the motoring days of the last Lady of the Manor, Violet Clifton. This stunning car is identical to the one she once had here at Lytham Hall and will help us tell the story of the Clifton family and keep history alive.
