Our team of volunteers has been out today for the Autumn Clean-Up!🍁🧹

They spent the day picking up litter, talking to residents, and filling the skips to make our neighbourhoods cleaner.

Our autumn clean-up is happening next week!

Our team will be heading to your area for an Autumn Clean-up Day! We’ll have skips set up and our staff will be out to help clear litter and keep the neighbourhood looking beautiful.

Planning an autumn clear-out? Got clutter taking up space? Bring it along!

When: Thursday 3rd September, 10am-2pm.
Where: Jodrell Street, Macclesfield & Bank Street, Macclesfield

We’ll share exact skip locations at least 1 week before the day. Can’t make it to a skip? Drop us a message, we’re here to help!

Please note: we cannot accept mattresses or large electrical items (white goods like fridges).

We met with the Challenge Group yesterday.

This dedicated group meets every 5 weeks to represent all customers and discuss the issues that matter most.

Yesterday they:
- Reviewed the housing ombudsman service self-assessment report
- Discussed the Trust's quarterly performance
- Received important updates from the Executive team
- Provided suggestions for the upcoming autumn scrutiny

This meeting was attended by many representatives from the Trust and members of the board, ensuring that customer voices are heard.
