✨ A LITTLE UPDATE FROM PRISTINE PARTNERS… ✨

You may have noticed that things have been a little quiet on our page recently, so firstly, I owe you an apology! Life and running a business have been rather hectic behind the scenes, and social media has unfortunately been the thing gathering the most dust. 🫣

But Pristine Partners hasn’t disappeared. In fact, quite the opposite.

We’re evolving. 🖤🧡

Over the coming weeks you’ll start to see a new direction for Pristine Partners. While our regular domestic cleaning service isn’t going anywhere, we’re expanding our focus and putting much more emphasis on complete property and housekeeping services.

The aim is simple: Pristine Partners is becoming more than just a cleaning service.

We want to be the people you call when a property needs sorting, resetting, preparing, maintaining or getting completely guest-ready.

For our commercial and hospitality clients, we’re also looking to build long-term partnerships with landlords, letting agents, property managers, Airbnb hosts, holiday accommodation providers and local businesses, whether that’s for regular work or simply having a reliable team available when additional cover is needed.

There is LOTS happening behind the scenes, and I’m genuinely excited to finally start sharing it with you.

This heat is tough for everyone, but for those of us living with Fibromyalgia and POTS, even everyday tasks can become a real challenge.

Every clean still gets done, but some days it takes a little longer, focusing on priority areas, a few more water breaks and a lot more determination.

To all my wonderful clients, thank you for your patience, understanding and kindness. It never goes unnoticed, and it means more than you know. 💛

And to anyone else working through this heat, whether you’re cleaning, caring, building or working outdoors… please be kind to yourselves and stay hydrated. ☀️💧

I'm working on something new at Pristine Partners, and I'd genuinely love your thoughts.

Over the years, I've realised that many people don't just need a cleaner. Sometimes they need a helping hand to get their home feeling calm and under control again.

I'm looking at introducing a Home Reset Service, which could include things like:

A little bit of real life behind the business today…
Running a cleaning business isn’t always just fresh homes, before & afters, and perfectly fluffed cushions. Sometimes it looks like this.
Last night I had a really bad asthma attack, and it’s triggered my fibromyalgia. This morning, I’m meant to be in work for 9am… but it’s taken me over 25 minutes just to get myself off the sofa and onto the floor.
The pain is unreal. Every part of my body is screaming, and all I want to do is sleep and let it pass.
But the reality of being self-employed and running your own business is that there’s no sick pay, no one to cover you, no pause button. People rely on you, homes still need cleaning, and you just… keep going.
I don’t share this for sympathy. I share it because this is the side of business people don’t always see. The grit behind it. The days where showing up feels impossible, but you find a way anyway.
To anyone else running a business while dealing with health struggles… I see you. It’s not easy, but you’re stronger than you realise.
And to my clients, thank you for your patience, your kindness, and your understanding on days like this 🤍

Happy weekend one and all. This week altogether has been rough on me. Mentally im exhausted and struggling but one thing I am proud of is I get up every single day to work and dont let my standards drop so here and a few things I have been up to this week. I still have slots open and espically on the hunt for landlords, property managers or airbnbs ❤️. Why not share a pic of what you have been up to this week. I would love to see 😊

Running a small business comes with so many highs… but also some really tough moments behind the scenes.

This week has been one of those moments for us. We’ve been left out of pocket after completing work for an Airbnb property, and after trying to resolve things, it’s become clear this wasn’t just a misunderstanding.

After doing some digging, we’ve sadly found that we’re not the first to be put in this position by the same person, which makes it even more upsetting.
We put genuine care into every property we clean. It’s never just “a job” to us, and we rely on trust and honesty just as much as our clients rely on us.

We’re sharing this simply to be real about the challenges small businesses face, and also as a quiet reminder to others in the industry to protect yourselves where you can.
We’re taking this as a lesson, putting stronger measures in place, and continuing to move forward with the same standards and care we’re known for.

To every client who supports us, values what we do, and treats us fairly… thank you. You’re everything to a business like ours 🤍
