You’ll be an integral part of our fantastic longstanding team, treated exactly the same as contracted staff — with the freedom to choose the shifts you want, all year round.

What You’ll Do

Support daily living — personal care, routines, household tasks

Encourage independence — empowering people to live confidently

Join in the fun — activities, outings, hobbies, and meaningful experiences

Be a reliable team member — stepping in to cover gaps and keep continuity strong

What You’ll Get

£13 per hour

Mileage paid on top

What You’ll Be Doing

Lone worker emergency workshop last night at Kendal. We learnt how to help someone if we don’t have a staff member around or if it’s the staff member that’s become poorly.
We used role play and had lots of laughs to make it enjoyable and memorable…very proud of how well everyone did even after a few cheeky wines and cocktails…made for a fantastic fun field evening activity
