🌟 Grant Funding Opportunity | Community Garden 🌟

The National Garden Scheme has opened applications for its 2027 Community Garden Grants – generously supported by the Julia Rausing Trust.

“The National Garden Scheme welcomes applications from projects that bring together people from different backgrounds and experiences, and from those that support disabled people or people living with long-term physical or mental health conditions. With all applications considered on their individual merits, awards between £1,500 and £5,000 will be granted,” says National Garden Scheme Chief Executive, Dr Richard Claxton.

6 railway stations along the Cambrian Coast Line are to receive new Help Points 🚉 📣

The £1 million investment, that will see a total 48 railway stations across Wales receive new Help Points, will give passengers access to live travel support and real-time information by connecting callers directly to Customer Information Controllers based in Wales.

The rollout focuses on unstaffed stations where train services are less frequent and mobile network signal is limited, providing a reliable connection to assistance that will hopefully make passengers feel safer and more confident when travelling.

The stations to receive Help Points on the Cambrian Coast Line are:

🚉 Porthmadog
🚉 Pwllheli
🚉 Tonfanau
🚉 Dyffryn Ardudwy
🚉 Llandanwg
🚉 Llandecwyn
