Established in 1986, Care Network is a registered charity committed to improving the lives of older people and vulnerable adults across Cambridgeshire. We do this with the help of over 180 volunteers, working across three different projects which cater to different needs:

Help at Home - Free short term practical and emotional help for up to 3 weeks after a hospital stay, crisis, illness at home,

or with one-off tasks so that you remain independent at home. Community Navigators - Volunteers that help you find services so that you can maintain your independence. They support you to try out social groups in the community. Community Development - Help you to set up groups for older people in your community and helping to support existing groups. Groups include social groups, car schemes, choirs and many others. Contact us on 01954 211919 for information, support or to volunteer.
