We are recruiting experienced HCPC-registered paramedics (Band 6 or equivalent) for specialist patient transfers, secure mental health transport and event cover, matched to your skills and experience.
We are also preparing for HDU transfers and possible NHS 999 support from November 2026 (subject to contract).
• Current HCPC paramedic registration at Band 6 or equivalent, with your newly qualified consolidation period completed. We cannot offer preceptorship, so this role is not suitable for newly qualified paramedics.
• A driving licence valid in the UK including category C1 (essential). A recognised blue-light emergency ambulance driving qualification is also essential: CERAD Level 3, IHCD emergency driving or an accepted equivalent.
• A calm, compassionate approach and willingness to complete role-specific training.

Employed pay: £25 basic per hour, with paid annual leave separately.
Benefits:
Induction and role-specific training, free on-site parking and pension subject to eligibility. All shifts are 12 hours and may include nights, weekends and bank holidays. Contracted hours are agreed individually; bank work is subject to demand and is not guaranteed.
