Immerse yourself in a blend of wellbeing activities to nurture your body and mind this August bank holiday with the Wellness Weekend at the Castle Howard Arboretum 🪷

Weekend schedule:
10.30am – 11.45am: Yoga
12.45pm – 2.15pm: Sound Bath and Cacao Ceremony
1.15pm – 2pm: Forest Bathing
2.30pm – 3.45pm: Yoga
10am, 11am, 1pm, 2pm, 3pm: Sauna and Ice Bath

Wellness activities are also available to book without yoga throughout the weekend.

Launching the weekend on Saturday 29th August is a Coffee Rave organised by Rant & Ramble - start the weekend with a coffee in hand, a live DJ, an incredible drummer and a truly unique atmosphere.

Yorkshire artist Pippa Hale responds to architect Sir John Vanbrugh with Playshapes: Castle Constructors.

This a large-scale, hands-on installation is now open in Castle Howard’s historic Colonnade, for children, families and grown-ups to build and play together, inspired by Vanbrugh and his inspiring imagination.
