What will you be doing...
Overseeing day-to-day admin, governance, and office processes
Acting as Registered Manager, ensuring we meet all CQC standards
Supporting our Managing Director, Operations Director, and Finance Manager
Scheduling staff, helping with HR admin, and managing compliance records
Preparing reports, documents, and communications with care and precision
Keeping our office systems running smoothly — and improving them where you can
Being a positive and reliable part of a busy, supportive team

Experience as a Senior Administrator, Manager, or Registered Manager (ideally in healthcare or a regulated environment)

Ambulance Technicians & Emergency Care Assistants - Greater Manchester / North-West England.

Are you are a north-west based Technician (AAP/FREUC5/IHCD) or Emergency Care Assistant (ECSW/FREC4), ideally living in or around Greater Manchester, or happy to travel toward Greater Manchester if we were to provide you with local accommodation??

Do you have a minimum of two-years experience??

Do you hold a recognised blue-light qualification, L3CERAD or IHCD with recent documented refreshers?

If so, then we would love to hear from you!

We have an immediate requirement to grow our Manchester based team supporting our commitments in the north-west. You will be working a 10:00 > Finish shift, that can be 18:00, 20:00, or even 22:00, performing high acuity inter-hospital transfers, and pretty much anything else that we may ask of you, Air Ambulance, Events, Medevac, NEPTS, etc... you must be adaptable, flexible and super-keen.

We are offering an Hourly rate commensurate with your qualification, payable as a minimum day rate, based on an eight-hour minimum shift, accommodation can be provided and this is a minimum 3-month contract, with a highly likely 3-month extension.

We are seeking applications from Technicians and ECA's who can offer a full or part-time commitment and especially those seeking a bank position providing just a minimum of 4-shifts per month on an adhoc basis as we are happy to work around your, perhaps, full-time commitment elsewhere.

We have an immediate requirement to grow our Clinical Team supporting our commitments in the north-west. For the first time, we are encouraging those with little or no experience to respond as we are offering paid for FREC3 and FREC4 Training for those looking to join our industry. *

Pay: £9.00, £10.00, £12.50, £15.00, £20.00, £25.00+ respectively.

Dates / Time: To start ASAP, subject to selection criteria and successful on-boarding.

Training: On-going CPD is a requirement, this is provided online and can be accessed at any time.
