What will you be do...
Act as Senior Administrator to maintain compliance and uphold YorMedβs reputation for quality care.
Oversee office management, governance systems, and day-to-day administration.
Support our senior leadership with documentation, audits, and scheduling.
Help coordinate staff rosters and event medical cover planning.
Prepare reports, correspondence, and key documents.
Keep our systems organised and efficient β and bring new ideas to improve them.
Be a friendly, professional point of contact for colleagues, clients, and event partners.

Who are we looking for...
Experience as a Senior Administrator, Manager, or Registered Manager (ideally within healthcare or a regulated environment)
Familiarity with standards and governance frameworks
Strong organisational and communication skills
Confidence with MS Office, Office365, and cloud storage (e.g. OneDrive, iCloud)
A proactive, can-do attitude and a genuine interest in supporting great care
