A lot of people see the photos.
What they don’t see is the journey behind them.
The incidents. The challenges. The difficult days. The moments where giving up would have been easier.
H has tested every one of us at times, but we’ve never stopped believing in him.
Today, he’s climbing, exploring, laughing, engaging with staff and enjoying the community around him.

For some people, a trip to the park is normal. For H, moments like these are achievements worth celebrating.
This is why consistency matters. This is why relationships matter. This is why we never give up.
Three years on and we’re incredibly proud of how far H has come and proud of every member of staff who has played a part in that journey.
The wins might not always make headlines, but for H and those who know his journey, these moments mean everything.
