Manchester Carers Centre

Manchester Carers Centre Manchester Carers Centre was established in 1997 as an independent voluntary organisation. We exist to change Carers lives.

We offer a range of support services for unpaid Carers in Manchester, including signposting and referrals, peer group activities, respite breaks and a dedicated Young Adult Carer service (for unpaid Carers aged 16-25). We deliver a range of FREE, high quality support services for unpaid Carers in our City. These services include, emotional support, practical help, community drop-ins, respite break

s, social activities, access to grants and training, and a dedicated Young Adult Carers Service for 16-25 year old Carers. A Carer is anyone who cares, unpaid, for a friend or family member who due to illness, disability, a mental health problem or an addiction cannot manage without their support. We understand the invaluable contribution that Carers make to both the people they support and society as a whole. Our office telephone number is: 0161 27 27 27 0 between 10am - 1pm Monday - Thursday for all your queries relating to caring issues. You can also reach us by email on [email protected].
