Festac "77 in Retrospect School Workshop.
The team of Creative Hands Foundation delivered a series of workshop at St. Mary’s RC. Primary School and Summerville Primary School Manchester. This is a film documentary of the series of workshops in schools to celebrate the 40th anniversary of Festac “77.
The children gained an understanding of African heritage of Queen Idia pendant mask which was a symbol of Festac “77. They also learned about the significance of African mask and took part in mask making and screen printing and dancing workshops.
