🤝 MY FIRST COUNCILLOR SURGERIES
I’m pleased to confirm that I will be holding my first two councillor surgeries on Wednesday 2 September 2026. As my ward is split and attached to Dukinfield and Stalybridge North, it makes sense to make sure for the ease of my ward residents, i hold two different surgeries to ensure i make it easily accessible. I will be holding two joint surgeries with Cllr Liam Duff and James Rhodes for Reform UK.
📍 Stalybridge Library
🕘 9:00am–11:00am
A joint surgery with Councillor Liam Duff
📍 Dukinfield Library
🕛 12:00pm–2:00pm
A joint surgery with Councillor James Rhodes
These surgeries will provide a friendly and welcoming space for residents to speak to us about concerns, ask questions, seek support or share ideas for improving our communities.
You can raise issues including:
➡️ Housing, homelessness or problems with landlords
➡️ Roads, potholes, parking and traffic
➡️ Planning applications and local developments
➡️ Antisocial behaviour and community safety
➡️ Bins, fly-tipping and environmental concerns
➡️ Adult social care, SEND and council services
➡️ Problems accessing support or getting answers
➡️ Ideas for community projects and local improvements
You do not need to have a formal complaint or know exactly which council department is responsible. If something is affecting you, your family, your street or the wider community, please come and speak to us.
Personal matters will be treated sensitively. Where we cannot provide an immediate answer, we will take the details away, make the appropriate enquiries and follow the matter up.
If your concern relates to an existing case, please bring any useful reference numbers, letters, emails or photographs with you.
Whether you need help, want an answer to a question or simply have an idea that could make our area better, you will be very welcome. We look forward to meeting you.
