Meet Rachel 💚

Eight years ago, Rachel joined Oak Tree as a new mum looking for a place to begin her fitness journey. What she found was so much more than exercise classes – she discovered a community, lasting friendships, and a passion for fitness that has helped shape her life ever since.

Now, Rachel is taking on an incredible challenge: a 100km run to raise money and awareness for Children Heard and Seen, a charity dedicated to supporting children who have a parent in prison.

This challenge will test her both physically and mentally, but Rachel is running for a cause that can make a real difference to the lives of vulnerable children and families.

We’re incredibly proud to support Rachel on this journey and can’t wait to cheer her on every step of the way. 👏
