Meet Heather! 🏊‍♀️💙

Heather has been teaching with us for almost a year, but she’s been a qualified swim teacher since 2016! 🙌 Since joining our team, she’s also gone on to complete her Baby & Preschool qualification, helping even more little swimmers build their confidence in the water. 👶🌊

💭 Why did Heather become a swim teacher?

“I get to watch people grow in confidence, overcome challenges and achieve things they never thought they could. Seeing the excitement in a swimmer’s face when they master a new skill is incredibly rewarding. I love being a part of their journey and that I’m not only teaching them how to swim, but also an important life skill.”

And when she’s not poolside, you’ll find Heather cheering on Everton as a season ticket holder⚽, or keeping active playing hockey and padel! 🎾🏑

Meet Rhianna! 💙

Say hello to Rhianna, one of our brilliant swimming teachers! 🌊

Rhianna has been teaching swimming for 4 years and you can find her in the main pool every Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, helping swimmers build confidence, learn new skills and most importantly, have fun! 🏊‍♀️✨

🏅 Fun fact about Rhianna: She has been training at swim club since she was just 7 years old! Her proudest achievement so far? Taking 🥉 3rd place in the 100m Butterfly at the 2025 British Masters Championships! What an achievement! 👏

When asked why she loves teaching, Rhianna said:

💬 “I enjoy watching young children fall in love with the sport like I did, as well as learning a vital life skill.” 💙

We love having Rhianna on poolside, sharing her passion for swimming and helping the next generation discover their love for the water! 🌊🏊‍♀️
