☀️Bilsthorpe Juniors Summer Playscheme ☀️

We’re so excited to announce that we are coming to Bilsthorpe to run our Juniors Summer Playscheme from Bilsthorpe young Peoples Centre 🤩

Standard rates for Playscheme are £10 with a packed lunch or £13 with lunch provided or £5 half a day (morning or afternoon). Menus are on a poster and will be displayed in the centre. Ingredients list can be sent by email or will be available to see in the centre 😁

Sessions run from 10am-3pm (trip day may have varied times) for ages 5-12

💜 HAF funded days are highlighted in our timetables in purple, which mean FREE places & meals for children with a HAF code. On the non-funded days they are still welcome for free 💜

Forest School is back! 🌳 in our new Forest school hub as well as taking trips and doing activities into the woodland nearby. Standard rates are £10 - Please bring packed lunch or for HAF we can make one 🥪

We’re running a trip this Summer! We are going to Sundown Adventure land - please see timetable for more details around times. HAF bookings are priorities for trips as we have a certain amount of funded places. Please contact us if you’d like to come!

However, we have got some paid places at a rate of £15 which includes a packed lunch. Please email to be added to the waitlist 😊 as there limited spaces available we require full payment to ensure places are secure.

Sign up for the Summer Reading Challenge 2026 begins this Saturday! 🤩

The wait is nearly over - the Summer Reading Challenge 2026 launches tomorrow in Nottinghamshire libraries! From Saturday 4 July, children aged 4–11 can join the FREE challenge at their local Inspire library and start their Read to the Beat adventure 🎵☀️

It’s the perfect way to kick off a summer of stories, imagination and reading fun... and it all starts with a quick visit to your library 💫

Once you sign up, your child can:
🎟️ Pick up their starter pack
📚 Choose their reading goals
⭐ Start collecting stickers and other rewards
🏅 Begin their journey to a medal and certificate!
