Our Parish Groundsman, Neil, visited the cemetery yesterday (Sunday 14th June) and sadly was met with broken and overturned benches, flowers strewn across graves/cemetery, bottles and cans on the ground and other aspects of anti-social behaviour.

This has been reported to the Police. Neil has done his best to replace the flowers on graves from memory but apologies if flowers aren't on the correct ones.

This is an awful and disrespectful act of anti-social behaviour in a sacred, quiet area of the parish. Regretfully the Parish Council may have to consider CCTV and/or locking of the gates overnight.
