Our "Memory Pool" sessions are a space to meet new friends, share a laugh, and take part in meaningful activities designed to keep the mind active.

What to expect:

✅Meet others
✅ Fun and stimulating activities in a relaxed environment
✅ A valuable 2-hour break for you or your main carer
