It’s not too late to sign up for the Summer Reading Challenge in the library. We are open Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 2.30-4.30, Wednesday and Friday 10.00-12.00 and Saturday 10.00- 1.00. Under 12s are invited to take part in the Summer Reading Challenge activities - Read to the Beat!

Turtle can’t come to the library sleepover on Friday because he’s too shy. Which of your cuddly toys is going to come and join the fun? Drop off between 10.00 - 12.00 on Friday - come and join in our Story and Rhyme session at 10.30 am if you wish. Collection after the sleepover is 10.00-1.00 on Saturday 8th August. This is a free event, open to all ages, one cuddly per person please.

Cuddly toy sleepover - bring your cuddly toy to the library on Friday 7th August ( open 10.00-12.00) Join in the special Story and Rhyme session ( older children welcome during school,holidays) The toys are planning the sleepover party and you will be able to see their photos on Saturday 8th August ( open 10.00-1.00) when you come to collect! Completely free and open to all ages! Which toy will you bring?

All the cuddly toys want to come to the MBCL Cuddly Toy Sleepover on 7th August and they are planning to have lots of fun! Which one will I choose?

You can choose which of your cuddly toys you will bring to the library ( between 10.00 and 12.00 am ) on Friday 7th August - open to all ages, one toy per person please.
This is a free event as part of our Summer of Fun 10th Anniversary celebrations - when you collect your toy on 8th August 10.00:am - 1.00 pm you will be able to see some of the fun and games that the toys have had on the big screen!
