Wollerton Old Hall Garden

Wollerton Old Hall Garden Wollerton Old Hall Garden is an example of horticultural excellence set in the heart of the Shropshire countryside.

The garden has been designed and developed by Lesley and John Jenkins since 1984. It is set around a 16th Century Hall and has developed into an important modern garden in the English Garden tradition with echoes of Arts and Crafts. It covers 4 acres, is intensely cultivated and depending upon plant interest, visits can take between 2 and 4 hours. The garden is now open until the end of September on Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays; Thursdays and Fridays only in September, from 11am to 5pm.

Lesley and John Jenkins are opening Wollerton Old Hall Garden for the NGS for the last time on Wednesday 2 September..We have done this for some 37 years and have been able to contribute successfully to the Charity..Please support our final NGS day.
We are pleased that the Garden will open under new ownership in 2027. Our
final opening will be on 18 September.Thank you to all who have helped,visited and encouraged us over the years.
