If you didn’t know already - we attended the Market Drayton Town Council meeting (planning) on the 09th May 2024. In discussion was the application submitted by Amos Investments Ltd under reference number: 24/01359/FUL. This was for an er****on of three detached bungalows including formation of single shared vehicular access, provision of new vehicular access to paddock and provision of 2 metre wide footpath. Everyone spoke including Julian Amos of Amos Investments Ltd and members of the public.

We were extremely pleased how the meeting went and we are happy to say that nine councillors were against the development and one supported. This is a fantastic result for our campaign group, the community and residents of Walkmill Road. Thank you all so much for your continued support and to the councillors who were against the development.

Now we need the support from the community to like our page, share our posts and OBJECTED to this development.

The support we’ve had from the community has been amazing. Thank you all for your kind comments, messages and continued loyalty and love for our campaign.

Everyone has the right to speak up and have their say on development within the area. Many of you have been very clear and outspoken. “YOU DO NOT WANT THIS DEVELOPMENT”

We do however still NEED your support.

1 - Click on the following link:

2 - Click on ‘Comments’

3 - Click on ‘login and make a comment’ (if you aren’t registered on the planning portal then click on ‘register here’ and register) Yes we know it’s a pain in the proverbial but it’s the only way!!

4 - When you have registered and/or logged in you can submit your comment, but don’t forget to click the ‘object’ box and make your passionate case including MATERIAL PLANNING CONSIDERATIONS!
