Build Healthy Bedtime Routines 🌙
It’s the final week of Smile Month - and we’re focusing on bedtime routines.
Brushing before bed is especially important because teeth are more at risk overnight.
✔️ Brush last thing at night and one other time each day
✔️ Avoid snacks and sugary drinks after brushing
✔️ Make brushing fun- songs, timers, or brushing together can help! Brush DJ

💡 Top tip: Spit, don’t rinse to protect those teeth overnight.

The Roadshow brings together information and services which support families of children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities, all in one place.
It provides an opportunity to meet and chat with representatives from Leicestershire County Council and its partners, face to face.
