NOTICE RE: CO-VID 19 OUTBREAK
As the world struggles with the coronavirus outbreak, clearly our first priority has to be the safety of our customers and employees. All of our staff follow strict hygiene protocols and these have been reinforced in line with the latest government guidelines.
However, with the latest advice on social distancing, we understand that the vast majority of our clients wish to postpone their events in the coming weeks until later in the year, (and in some cases, until next year.) If you have booked light up letters with us and wish to change the date – that’s no problem. As long as we have the letters available then we can postpone your booking to a later date at no additional charge.
Please note that our usual cancellation policy applies to bookings which are not rescheduled.
Wedding Letter Hire will continue to take your calls and issue quotes. We can be flexible on dates in these uncertain times.
