North West Hampshire Conservative Association will be hosting their next Luncheon Club Meeting on Friday, 18th September 2026 at 12:30 for 1 pm in Andover.

The speaker is Andrew Pierce, the well-known journalist, the prime presenter of the GB News Morning Programme and a writer for The Spectator.

As you may be aware, Andrew was abandoned as a baby, was fostered for three years and then adopted. When he was 48, he decided to search and subsequently found his birth mother. He has written a book called 'Finding Margaret' and will be bringing copies to autograph and sell.

Tickets are £35 per person and include a two-course lunch. Drinks are not included, but the bar will be open, and there will be the usual cash raffle.

The future of policing is being discussed nationally, and Wiltshire residents deserve a say 🗣️

Philip Wilkinson: PCC Wiltshire and Swindon has launched a public survey to gather views on the Government's proposed policing reforms, including potential police force mergers, changes to local policing governance, and the future of neighbourhood policing.

While some proposals aim to improve efficiency, consistency and specialist capabilities, there are important questions about how larger regional police forces could affect local accountability, police visibility, community engagement and the ability to respond to local priorities.

Whether you support the proposals, have concerns, or simply want your voice heard, now is the time to have your say and help shape the future of policing in Wiltshire and Swindon.

CONGRATULATIONS to Rebecca Lamb who is the lucky 100 Club winner for the month of AUGUST 2026 with number 63.
For members that don't know, Wiltshire Central Conservatives 100 Club is a lottery - you pay £36 a year to have one number between 1-100 and each month a number is drawn at random and wins £36. The year culminates in June with a MEGA Prize Draw Event where two numbers win grand prizes of £1,000 and £500.

Northwest Hampshire Conservative Association is hosting a family summer party on Saturday, 8th August at 12 noon and they have invited members from East Wiltshire.

They write “come and enjoy an afternoon with Kit Malthouse MP featuring live jazz, a buffet, games and a complimentary drink. Feel free to bring your children grandchildren and friends. Tickets are £10 per person and children under 12 can attend for free”
