Our new kiln dried Ash lumpwood charcoal is a locally sourced, long burning alternative to traditional lumpwood. Denser, with fewer fissures means that it’s perfect for those longer, slower cooks. Completely natural, with no additives or treatment, it’s the glassiest charcoal around.
