Marshfield Community Library Welcome to Marshfield Community Library - the village’s first-ever dedicated and free library service! The library opens EVERY Thursday between 2.00-4.00pm.

Welcome to Marshfield Community Library, which first opened its doors on March 23, 2017 . This is the village’s first-ever dedicated library service, where everyone is welcome! Marshfield was the first village to set up its own volunteer-based library,

in partnership with South Gloucestershire Libraries and since October 2017 has been the village's official and only library service. With the support of Marshfield Community Centre, we have a permanent home for our 400+ books, and a popular, convenient venue for book lovers to gather and stop for a cuppa and a chat, or quietly browse the range of titles on offer. A book ordering system will also be available, online or in person. If you would like to know more about the library, or become a volunteer for the library or home delivery service, please get in touch - WE NEED YOU!

Please join us tonight 7pm in Marshfield Community Centre where you can hear what a Neighbourhood Plan would mean for us. For example were you aware that if we have a NP the community infrastructure levy (CIL) awarded to Marshfield increases?
This any many other points will be explained tonight.

We'll be at Marshfield Community Library tomorrow, 30th March, 2 - 3:30pm to listen to your feedback about GPs, dentists, hospitals, or any other health or social care service.

We can also offer information and signposting to help you find out about other local organisations. Come and say hello!
