🏃‍♂️🎉 THE MAUCHLINE 5K FUN RUN IS BACK FOR 2026! 🎉🏃‍♀️

Get your trainers ready because our hugely popular Mauchline 5K Fun Run returns on Sunday 23rd August 2026 – and this year we've got something extra special for our youngest participants! 🧸✨

Whether you're a seasoned runner, a casual jogger, or just fancy a family walk around the course, the Mauchline 5K Fun Run is all about bringing our community together, getting active, and having fun.

🧸 Teddy Bear Dash 🧸

Designed especially for children aged 8 and under, our brand-new Teddy Bear Dash will see little runners complete a lap of Beechgrove Park with their favourite teddy bear by their side! Mum, Dad, Granny, Grandad or another grown-up can join in too.

🏅 Every Teddy Bear Dash finisher will receive a medal for their fantastic achievement!

What a fantastic day it has been at the Centre Stane, and we'd like to say a huge THANK YOU to every single one of our wonderful stall holders who attended and helped make the event such a success. Your support of the Centre Stane and our local community facility is greatly appreciated. ❤️
A massive thank you also goes to everyone who signed up for the Mauchline Community Lottery today. We are absolutely delighted to announce that we have now reached over 190 participants – a fantastic milestone and a real demonstration of community spirit! 🍀🎟️

✨ HOLY FAIR CRAFT FAYRE STALL HOLDER SPOTLIGHT ✨

We are continuing to shine a spotlight on some of the fantastic stalls that will be inside the Centre this Saturday during our Holy Fair Craft Fayre! 🛍️🎨

First up we have Claire from Little Olive Crafts. Claire will be bringing along her beautifully handcrafted 3D papercrafts, shadow boxes, mugs, coasters, keyrings, Highland Cow gifts, baby and nursery gifts, and so much more! 🐮🎁 Every item is fantastically handmade with love, making them the perfect unique gift or keepsake.

We are also delighted to welcome Lodge St David (Tarbolton) Mauchline No.133, who will be taking over our exciting room for the day! ☕🥓 This will be the perfect place to relax during your visit, where you can enjoy a tea or coffee along with a delicious hot roll while taking in the atmosphere of the fayre.

With so many amazing stalls, handmade creations, gifts, and refreshments available, there really will be something for everyone this Saturday!

The countdown to our Holy Fair Craft Fayre this Saturday continues, and today we are excited to highlight another two fantastic stall holders who will be joining us! 🛍️🎨

First up we have Nikki from Niknoo Designs, a very popular stall at our event every single year! 💎 Nikki will be bringing along her stunning bespoke jewellery, unique artwork, and beautiful homeware items. Her creations are always a huge hit with visitors, and we are delighted to welcome her back once again.

Second up we have Sandra from Sweet Serenity, bringing relaxation to bath time. 🛁✨ Sandra believes in celebrating and embracing individuality, offering a large variety of quality bath, shower, and home fragrance products. From luxurious scents to pampering treats, her range is perfect for adding a little self-care and serenity into your day.

We are thrilled to have these talented makers joining us at this year’s fayre and can’t wait for everyone to explore their amazing products.

As we continue our countdown to this Saturday’s Holy Fair Craft Fayre, we are delighted to introduce another two of our fantastic local crafters! 🎨🛍️

First up we have Kirstin from by KB, showcasing her amazing crochet creations. 🧶 From adorable handmade items to beautifully crafted pieces, Kirstin’s talent and creativity shine through in every stitch. Even better, these wonderful creations are made right here in our wee village of Mauchline! 💜

Next we have Mary from Sweetpea Crafts. With over 14 years of experience in fused glass using kiln-formed techniques, Mary creates truly stunning and unique pieces. 🌸 Her craftsmanship and attention to detail make every item a real work of art that you won’t want to miss.
