Happy New Year everyone! 🍾✨️

Hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas break and that you've started the new year feeling fresh and ready to go with 2023 😌

I've got some sad news regarding MyTribe. It's taken a long time to come to this decision and believe me when I say it really is with a heavy heart. I had hoped to hold the next meet up event in the next few weeks, but I'm afraid I won't be continuing MyTribe events for the foreseeable due to personal circumstances.

Whilst I had hoped that a short break over Christmas would provide enough time to adjust to some changes, I've realised that I've been putting far too much pressure on myself and this means I'm not able to give MyTribe 100% of the energy and enthusiasm that it needs and deserves.

I'm so proud of the 5 events we held in 2022 and I'm confident that once things have settled in other areas of my life, I will be able to restart MyTribe as I had intended. This isn't the end of MyTribe! 💕

Thank you to each and every one of you that has attended, supported or spoken at events and shared information about this venture, and I'm sorry if this news comes as a disappointment.

Happy Saturday all! 💕

I'm afraid that I've come to the decision to postpone the next MyTribe meet up until the new year.

This is something I've thought long and hard about, but given that the next one was due to be in less than 2 weeks' time, it doesn't give enough time to plan and sell tickets. I've also got a lot going on in my day job, so I'm not able to give it the usual energy and enthusiasm that I would like.

Thank you so much for your support this year; from those of you that are newbies to MyTribe and to those of you that have supported me from the start (you know who you are!) ❤️

I really hope to see you all in January to continue what we've started!

✨️ BE A MYTRIBE SPEAKER! ✨️

Good morning Ladies,

Happy Friday!

Before I open this up to the local community groups, I thought I would share here first.

Do you have a story to tell? Have you had an experience in your life that you have overcome, that you are proud of or that other people could benefit from hearing about?

You don't need to have your own business, or be an experienced speaker, but you do need to have the confidence to stand up in front of a room of women. Your talk needs to be no more than 10 minutes.

I'm looking for 1 or 2 speakers for the next event in November (16th) but I also want to start planning the topics for MyTribe events in 2023. So if you are keen to be involved, but aren't quite ready, there's plenty of time for me to coach you 😊

The main focus of every MyTribe event is to meet new friends, step out of your comfort zone and experience something new. Already, I have seen so many success stories of beautiful friendships that started at MyTribe (most of the time, from people who live just down the road from each other!) ❤️

Laura will be demonstrating how delicious, affordable and easy meals can be made at home to help you lead a healthy lifestyle.

✨️ Nicky Edwards
Nicky will be sharing her journey to health and well-being after significant weight-loss, and how she can support you to do the same.

✨️ Julia Seidel
Julia will share ways that you can foster a positive mindset and how her coaching offer might be what you need to take steps to positive mental health.

We're also very excited to have the following market stalls -

Lisa and her daughters, Chloe and Jade, handmake a selection of gorgeous Wax Melt products. They will be offering an exclusive 10% discount on all gift sets especially for the event.

💕 Worthy Cottage Crafts
Sue creates an array of beautiful hand-sewn treasures and loves to use recycled fabrics as much as she can.

💕 Makes by Mandy & Catherine
Mandy and Catherine have only recently set up their business, but are so excited to be invited along to MyTribe. They create a range of light up bottles and frames, printed bags and t-shirts and also polymer clay items.

Bring your pennies along for some unique and beautiful handmade products (sorry to say the C word already, but they make ideal Christmas presents! 🤫🎄🎁)

💸 Please note, not all of the stalls will take card payment but they will take orders if you don't bring cash.

Your ticket includes a complimentary glass of bubbly 🥂 - so come along, have a natter, listen to some inspirational women and do a bit of shopping if you fancy it too!

The day after posting the details of the September MyTribe and updating the website a couple of weeks ago, we had a family bereavement which completely turned our worlds upside down 💔

It's been a tough time, so it's not surprising that I havent been on top of my game in all things MyTribe. I've got loads to do ahead of next week, including updating the website again. Therefore, you may (or may not) have noticed that the Early Bird offer is still live on the website a week later than planned 🙈
