Build Healthy Bedtime Routines 🌙
It’s the final week of Smile Month - and we’re focusing on bedtime routines.
Brushing before bed is especially important because teeth are more at risk overnight.
✔️ Brush last thing at night and one other time each day
✔️ Avoid snacks and sugary drinks after brushing
✔️ Make brushing fun- songs, timers, or brushing together can help! Brush DJ

💡 Top tip: Spit, don’t rinse to protect those teeth overnight.

Our friends at Pepper's A Safe Space are launching a new Men's Group this June!
A place for any men aged 18+ to have a cuppa and biscuits whilst talking to others about life, stress, worry and loneliness. The group is run by male volunteers and provides the opportunity for support and companionship in our local community.
