Canada Hall

Canada Hall A page for the iconic Canda Hall in Merstham. Maybe you have had a birthday party or anniversary party here? Please say hi and become a fan..

Canada hall has an interesting and unusual history in that it was built during WWII in 1943 by Royal Canadian Engineers as a replacement for our church. It has been well-used for many years by the community of South Merstham by Girl Guiding, toddler groups, WI, Merstham Horticultural Society and many others. The hall is in need of refurbishment and extension to meet the demands of the growing vill

age community of South Merstham. The plans include provision of a new kitchen, additional meeting room, new toilet facilities, a secure childrens outside play area and new entrance which will link it to the church. The project is going to cost £370,000 and if you'd like to donate some money please let one of the admins know.
