The amazing 5k your way Merthyr Tydfil launches tomorrow at the lovely Merthyr Parkrun.

A reason to wake early and get outdoors on a Saturday morning! You don’t need to be a runner, simply go along, walk at your pace. No one is left behind! 👟🌳🍁

We are closed Monday for the bank holiday... But we will be back Tuesday with a busy week scheduled.

Breast cancer support group is meeting Friday 4th September and we also have valley steps with us to, let us know what courses and workshops you would like us to offer.

Our hair salon is fully booked until the 10th September but we have had a lovely selection of wigs donated, lots of different styles or if you need advice, a hair cut or your post surgery we can offer regular wash and blow dries whilst you recover. No walk ins, booking essential.

We also have a workshop talking to children about cancer, as well as patient only support groups, workshops and trips. Register your interest now so you dont miss out!

Last few seats available for our annual family trip to the Panto.
The past 3 years have provided some wonderful memories for families, and we are delighted to be able to offer this experience once again.
Leave your worries at the door, for the young, and young at heart a chance to sit, relax and spend some quality time with your loved ones making memories at Christmas time.

Our first 6 week course absolutely flew by and our group are feeling stronger, more motivated and have come such a long way in a short space of time.

We are now opening up this group to new members so if your curious about re-starting exercise, have never set foot in a gym before and need a little support and encouragement to start - then this is the group for you.

A Warm, friendly, private supportive class where everyone is welcome to come along, and try something new with expert guidance @ Inspire gym.

Reminder that today is the breast cancer support group starting at 11.00am - new members are always welcome in this group to join a fantastic group of ladies.

The last session today in our gentle steps to strength exercise group too and we are now opening up new spaces for new clients to join us led by Sarah @ inspire fitness to regain some strength, improve fitness, improve confidence and have fun whilst training!
