What is the Live Well Centre?

The Live Well Centre is a community venue run by the Public Health South Tees team.

We're a one-stop shop for health and wellbeing services, bringing support, advice and community services together in one place.

📍 Based in Middlesbrough town centre, we're here to help people across South Tees live well. Whatever support you're looking for, we're here to help you take positive steps towards better health and wellbeing. Pop in to see us this week!
